1.改进原因手动液压钳是电力工程中将电缆接线端子压接在电缆线头上的专用液压工具。其主要由钳头、压接模块、推杆、钳体和施压手柄等组成,如图1a所示。施压手柄安装在钳体上,压接电缆接线端子时,手动按压施压手柄,压接模块可将接线端子压接施在压电手缆柄线头上。我们在使用中发现,该手动液压钳存在以下2个问题:一是对接线端子的压紧力度不可控,
