在空间站上建立较地面高一个量级的时间频率系统,通过高精度时频链路为全球民用系统提供更为精准的空间时频基准,具有非常重要的科学和军事意义。首先,探讨了国外在空间站高精度时频传递技术方面的现状和应用;其次,在空间站双向时频传递原理的基础上,对比欧空局(ESA)的方案提出了适合我国空间站时频系统微波链路的设计思路;最后,重点分析和研究了高精度时频传递的两项关键技术,对于开展详细系统设计以及实现皮秒量级测量精度具有重要作用。
It is of great scientific and military significance to establish a time-frequency system on the space station that is one order of magnitude higher than the ground and provide a more accurate space-time frequency reference for global civil systems through a high-precision time-frequency link. First of all, the status quo and application of high-precision time-frequency transmission technology in space station abroad are discussed. Secondly, based on the two-way time-frequency transmission principle of space station, compared with ESA scheme, Finally, focus on the analysis and research of two key technologies of high-precision time-frequency transmission, which plays an important role in the detailed system design and realization of picosecond measurement accuracy.
