一九八五年,我们在省委、省政府的领导下,在各级党、政和有关部门的密切配合和全体军民同心同德共同努力下,战胜了一次又一次的自然灾害,取得了很大的成绩.但也存在一些问题,需要认真总结.为了更好总结交流三防工作经验和教训,研究部署今年的三防工作任务,省人民政府决定召开这次全省三防工作会议.现就去年以来三防工作的情况和今年三防工作的意见作一个发言.
In 1985, under the leadership of the provincial party committee and government and under the joint efforts of the party, government and relevant departments at all levels and with the concerted efforts of all military and people, we have conquered the natural disasters one after another and achieved very good results. However, there are still some problems that need to be seriously summed up. In order to better summarize the experience and lessons learned in the exchange of the three defenses and to study the deployment of this year’s three defensive tasks, the provincial people’s government decided to convene the meeting on the three defenses in the province. We will make a statement on the situation of the three defenses since last year and the views of the three defenses this year.
