在云锡矿粉等诱发金仓鼠实验性肺腺癌的基础上,采用图像分析仪对诱癌过程中正常支气管粘膜上皮、增生支气管粘膜上皮、癌前病变和肺癌(Ⅰ~Ⅳ组)的细胞进行DNA含量测定结果发现,从Ⅰ~Ⅳ组2C(components)细胞百分比均值不断减少,3C~4C,5C细胞则不断增加在Ⅰ,Ⅱ组均未发现大于5C细胞;Ⅲ组仅出现少量大于5C细胞(4.00%);Ⅳ组大于5C细胞明显升高(1075%),且Ⅲ,Ⅳ组间存在极为显著性差异(P<001)DNA直方图,Ⅰ组显示主峰在2C处正态分布;Ⅱ,Ⅲ组直方图主峰开始降低,位置不固定,有第二峰形成,直方图加宽;Ⅳ组主峰更低或无明显主峰,有多峰形成,直方图明显加宽达28C,而且呈不规则直方图形
Based on the experimental lung adenocarcinoma induced by gold tin powder in the tin-bearing tin mine, image analyzer was used to detect the normal bronchial mucosal epithelium, hyperplastic bronchial epithelium, precancerous lesions, and cells of lung cancer (groups I-IV) during carcinogenesis. Assay of DNA content revealed that the percentage of 2C (components) cells in groups I to IV decreased continuously, and that of 3C to 4C and 5C cells continued to increase. No more than 5C cells were found in groups I and II; only small amounts appeared in group III. Greater than 5C cells (4.00%); IV group greater than 5C cells increased significantly (10 75%), and there was a significant difference between III, IV groups (P <0 01) DNA histogram, group I The main peaks show a normal distribution at 2C; the main peaks of groups II and III begin to decrease, the positions are not fixed, and the second peaks form, and the histogram widens; the IV main peaks are lower or have no obvious main peaks, and multiple peaks form. The figure is obviously widened to 28C, and it is irregularly shaped.
