探讨了灰铸铁激光表面熔化处理表面的质量。试验表明:通过调节激光器的输出功率、光斑直径和扫描速度可以方便地控制熔化层深度和表面平整度。采用惰性气体保护可以基本消除表面气孔。适当的选材与低温预热及后热可以抑制表面裂纹的产生。
The quality of gray cast iron laser surface melting surface was discussed. The experimental results show that the depth of the melted layer and the surface flatness can be easily controlled by adjusting the laser output power, spot diameter and scanning speed. Adopting inert gas protection can basically eliminate surface porosity. Proper selection and low temperature preheating and post-heating can inhibit the surface cracks.
