用大孔吸附树脂除去小儿止咳糖浆中甘草流浸膏等中药的颜色,再按摩尔法测定氯化铵,回收率99.85％,RSD为0.4％。结果表明大孔吸附树脂能有效地除去小儿止咳糖浆中的颜色,从而解决了因颜色过深影响终点观察的问题。
The macroporous adsorption resin was used to remove the color of Chinese herbal medicine such as licorice flow extract in Pediatric Cough Syrup, and then the ammonium chloride was determined by the molar method. The recovery rate was 99.85% and the RSD was 0.4%. The results show that macroporous resin can effectively remove the color of pediatric cough syrup, thus solving the problem of end point observation due to too dark color.
