地方本科高校转型是高等教育发展的趋势。但是,各个学校都有各自的校情和专业发展的实际,基于我校转型期的电子信息类专业教学改革研究与探索,形成了具有自身特色的“项目导向、任务驱动”工程素质培养模式。文章介绍了工程素质培养模式的探索过程、内涵和应用效果,经近年教学实践证明:这种工程素质培养模式有利于创设情境教学,促使了“课堂翻转”、激发了学习实践的兴趣、推动了师资队伍建设,提高了学生工程素质和快速适应工作的能力。
The Transformation of Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities is the Trend of Higher Education Development. However, each school has its own actual situation of school and professional development. Based on the research and exploration of teaching reform of electronic information specialty in transition period of our school, it has formed its own characteristic “project-oriented, task-driven” engineering quality training mode. The article introduces the exploration process, connotation and application effect of the engineering quality training mode. The teaching practice in recent years proves that this engineering quality training mode is conducive to creating situational teaching, prompting “classroom flip ”, stimulating interest in learning and practicing, Promote the construction of teaching staff, improve the engineering quality of students and quickly adapt to work ability.
