对于劳动法的作用,其主要是对我国的企业雇佣制度进行有效的规范,从而保证劳动者的合法权益,保障企业在运行过程中符合对应的规定。对于新劳动法的颁布,其在原有的基础上对一些劳动双方关系进行了简单的修改,从而更好的适应当前的企业和劳动者之间的劳动关系。对于企业的管理工作,其在新劳动法颁布之后需要作出一些对应的调整,加强企业自身的管理能力,像对注册资本进行调动和实施劳务派遣管理制度等,这些管理调整能够使企业在进行管理的过程中更加具有法律性和科学性,促进企业的发展。
