复式班教学具有教学任务的多端性,教学过程的交替性,教与学的失控性等特点。因此,复式班课堂教学中,年级与年级之间的干扰大,容易分散学生的注意力,影响课堂教学效果。为了解决这个问题,我们在进行了为期一年的实验,通过采取“激励法”、“排座法”、“优化作业法”等三项方法,较好地稳定了学生注意力,提高了复式班课堂教学的效果。“三法”的基本内容是:
