AP2/ERF(APETALA2/ethylene responsive factor)转录因子是植物中广泛存在且特有的一类转录因子,参与调控植物抗逆反应及生长发育等生命过程。本文表述了AP2/ERF家族转录因子的分类和结构特点,以及在单子叶模式植物水稻基因组中的分布情况,并总结了AP2/ERF转录因子在水稻生命周期中的生物功能,最后对AP2/ERF转录因子在水稻育种中的应用前景进行了展望。
AP2 / ERF (APETALA2 / ethylene responsive factor) transcription factor is a widely existing and unique transcription factor in plants, which is involved in the regulation of life processes such as plant anti-retrogradation and growth and development. In this paper, the classification and structural features of AP2 / ERF family transcription factors and their distribution in plant monocotyledonous rice genomes were summarized. The biological functions of AP2 / ERF transcription factors in rice life cycle were summarized. Finally, AP2 / ERF Prospects of the application of transcription factors in rice breeding are prospected.
