在谈判中,烫手山芋是说买主把本来属于他们的问题抛给你,使之成为你的问题。好像抛给你一个烧烤的烫手热山芋。买家究竟会抛给你什么样的热山芋呢?你大概听说过:“我们预算中没有这笔开支?”对你们的优质产品和良好服务他们没有相应的预算,这是谁的问题?是他们的问题,对吗?不是你的。但他们愿意抛给你,成为你的问题。
In the negotiations, the hot potato is that buyers throw questions that belong to them to you, making it your problem. Seems to throw you a hot hot potato barbecue.
