“预应力原理造纸”专利技术暨产业化新模式新闻发布会在京召开

被誉为造纸产业技术革命的“预应力原理造纸”发明专利技术暨产业化新模式新闻发布会于2012年9月27日在北京钓鱼台国宾馆隆重召开。“预应力原理造纸”专利技术的成功研发和顺利实施,不仅确保纸品在降耗、增效和节能、减排等方面取得了多项重大突破,还开创和奠定了不单纯依赖砍伐树木实现科学造纸的发展道路。郑州新型包装材料研究所研发的“预应力原理造纸”发明专利,高效利用非木商品浆和天然或化纤纱线为原料,组织实施的《预应力经纬线牛皮纸》技术项目,于2011年10月14日顺利通过了河南省科技厅组织的科技成果鉴定,专家一致认为:“该项目选题正确,技术先进,工艺成熟,节能减排效果显著,有良好的经济、社会、生态与环境效益,推广应用前景广阔;该项目已获国家发明专利,属国内、外首创,居国际领先水平”。 Known as the technological revolution in the paper industry “press the principle of prestressed paper ” patented technology and industrialization new mode press conference on September 27, 2012 Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing was held.
