探讨 8种外源性脂肪酸对人乳腺癌、大肠癌及成纤维细胞生长的影响及其可能的作用机制。体外实验中应用 MTT法观察外源性脂肪酸对细胞生长的影响 ,并对细胞脂质过氧化反应产物丙二醛含量进行测定。结果 :多不饱和脂肪酸可抑制乳腺癌和大肠癌细胞生长 ,饱和及单不饱和脂肪酸作用
To investigate the effects of 8 kinds of exogenous fatty acids on the growth of human breast cancer, colorectal cancer and fibroblasts and their possible mechanisms. MTT assay was used to observe the effects of exogenous fatty acids on cell growth in vitro and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in lipid peroxidation products was measured.
