一、坚持以生产为本、精心组织全面达标。市场竞争是产品的竞争。为了生产出高质量、低成本的产品,我厂把规模生产作为企业的基础,开展以产量、质量、品种、物耗、环保、安全为内容的全面达标活动。一是抓稳定生产;二是抓技术改造引进,三是抓物料、燃料、动力的平衡;四是抓生产现场管理、工艺管理和全面质量管理;五是抓安全文明生产;六是抓以“资金为中心”的财务管理;七是抓市场营销。经过以上努力,产量逐年增高,氟化盐的年产能力由3万吨提高到5.5万吨,电解铝年产能力由0.37万吨提高到1.3万吨,物耗、能耗、产品成本逐年下降。安全生产实现了无重大人身、设备、安全事故。企业规模经济的优势得到了发挥。 二、坚持以利用现有规模优势挖潜改造为主,不乱铺新摊子,不断推进技术进步。我厂建于50年代,设备厂房老化,生产技术水平落后。这些年来,集中抓了对氟化盐系统、电解铝冶炼、干法氟化铝技术引进三大系列改造。生产规模进一步扩大,整体技术水平和经济效益进一步提高,走出了一条少投入、多产出、快产出的发展道路。 三、坚持从严治厂,加强科学管理。科学管理是建立现代企业制度,企业集约化经营的重要内容。我厂在加强科学管理方面,一是进行三项制度改革,建立了“一级法人(总厂)、三级管理(总厂、分
