英国剑桥作物研究所的R.A.Bayles等于1982-1984年间,进行了16个冬小麦品种对于Septoria tritici(小麦叶斑病)自然感染的抗性差异显著性测定,他们用小麦叶斑病菌进行人工接种(共做29个处理)后发现,品种间的自然感染抗性呈正相关(r=0.56,P<0.05).供试小麦品种中,以Stetson和Aguila感病率最低(3.8%),Longbow最高(9.4%),一般在5-6-7%范围内.另将小麦叶斑病和S.nodorum(小麦颖斑枯病)的病原菌进行对比接种处理,发现品种对两种病的抗性并无相关性(r=0.28).
RABayles, of the Cambridge Crop Institute, UK, between 1982 and 1984 conducted a significant difference in the resistance of 16 winter wheat cultivars to natural infection with Septoria tritici (Wheat Leaf Spot), and they were inoculated artificially (R = 0.56, P <0.05) .There was the lowest prevalence of Stetson and Aguila (3.8%) and the highest of Longbow (9.4 %), Usually in the range of 5-6-7% .Other wheat leaf spot and S.nodorum (wheat spot blotch) pathogenic bacteria were vaccinated and found that the varieties of two kinds of disease resistance was not related Sex (r = 0.28).
