目的:探讨医护人员锐器伤的发生原因,并提出管理对策。方法:对2010年1月～2011年12月上报的56例医护人员锐器伤进行回顾性调查分析。结果:发生锐器伤最多者为护士(66.1%);锐器伤发生最多地点在病区内(81.8%);锐器伤发生原因中,针头用后处置不当所占比例最高(32.2%)。结论:护理人员是锐器伤的高危人群,应重视自身防护,加强标准预防观念,科学设置工作流程,配备必要防护措施,减少锐器伤发生。
Objective: To investigate the causes of sharp injuries of medical staff and to propose management countermeasures. Methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted on 56 cases of medical staff reported from January 2010 to December 2011. Results: The highest incidence of sharp injuries was nurses (66.1%). The highest incidence of sharps injuries was in the ward (81.8%). Among the causes of sharp injuries, . Conclusion: Nursing staffs are at high risk of sharp injuries. They should pay attention to their own protection, strengthen the concept of standard precaution, set up scientific workflows, equip necessary protective measures to reduce the occurrence of sharp injuries.
