人力资源的管理和开发作为有效的提高人力资源利用率的方法,只有绩效管理将绩效考核作为一个系统来认识并列入整个人力资源发展战略当中,才能推动绩效管理朝着市场化的方向迈进。我国的国有企业,必须重视绩效考核在人力资源的管理和开发中的重要作用,树立正确的绩效管理发展战略,有利于国有企业提高企业的综合竞争实力。
Human resources management and development As an effective way to improve the utilization rate of human resources, performance management can only promote performance management towards marketization if it is recognized and included in the overall human resources development strategy as a system of performance management. China’s state-owned enterprises must attach importance to the important role of performance appraisal in the management and development of human resources and establish a correct development strategy of performance management, which is conducive to enhancing the overall competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
