目的:充分了解低钾性周期性麻痹患者神经传导的特点。方法:对比35例低钾性周期性麻痹患者于补钾治疗前后神经传导的远端潜伏期、波幅、传导速度、F波、H反射的变化。结果:10例发作期存在感觉神经传导速度减慢;31例发作期存在运动神经传导远端潜伏期延长,传导速度慢或波幅低,F波、H反射潜伏期正常或延长;补钾治疗至血钾正常后,神经传导完全恢复正常。结论:低钾性周期性麻痹可以出现感觉神经传导障碍,有感觉异常症状。
Objective: To fully understand the characteristics of nerve conduction in patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis. Methods: The changes of nerve conduction distal latency, amplitude, conduction velocity, F wave and H reflex were compared between 35 patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis before and after potassium supplementation. Results: The sensory nerve conduction velocity was slowed down in 10 cases. There were prolonged motor nerve conduction distal latency, slow conduction or low amplitude, normal or prolonged F wave and H reflex latency in 31 episodes. Normal, the nerve conduction completely returned to normal. Conclusions: Hypokalemic periodic paralysis may present with sensory nerve conduction disorder with abnormal sensory symptoms.
