初步调查表明,陕西省斑蟊素资源昆虫有19种,属于鞘翅目芫菁科的16种,拟天牛科的1种,同翅目蝉科和蜡蝉科各一种。用气相色谱对其中14种昆虫,9种甲虫不同性别,及三种芫菁体躯不同部位的斑蟊素含量进行了测定,芫菁科的11种均含有斑蟊素,其中斑蟊属Mylabris Fab-ricius的3种含量高,特别是眼斑芫菁M.cichorii L.及大斑芫菁M.phalerata Pallas两种含量最高。沃黄拟天牛Xanthochroa waterhousei Harold含有斑蟊素在国内是首次报导。斑衣蜡蝉Lycorma delicatula(White)含有少量斑蟊素。黑翅红娘子Huechys sangu-inea(De Geer)不含斑蟊素。用氯仿与苯甲醚混合溶剂提取斑蟊素和配标样,重现性好,提取效率高。用气相色谱分析昆虫体内的斑蟊素含量快速而灵敏。
The preliminary investigation shows that there are 19 species of cantharidin resources in Shaanxi Province, belonging to 16 species of the Coleoptera, Coleoptera, 1 species of the Bees, 1 Homoptera, 1 Homoptera and 1 Cicadellidae. The content of cantharidin in 14 different insects, 9 species of beetles and different parts of three kinds of body tissues of Glycyrrhiza uralensis were determined by gas chromatography. Among the 11 species of Meloidae, all contained cantharidin. Among them, Mylabris Fabri Three species of ricius were high, especially M. cichorii L. and M. phalerata Pallas. Xanthochroa waterhousei Harold contains cantharidin is the first report in China. Lycorma delicatula (White) contains a small amount of cantharidin. Black-winged red lady Huechys sangu-inea (De Geer) does not contain cantharidin. With chloroform and anisole mixed solvent extraction of cantharidin and standard sample, good reproducibility, high extraction efficiency. Analysis of insects by gas chromatography cantharidin content fast and sensitive.
