2008年,全球金融危机爆发后,对中国经济的影响逐渐扩大,国内经济增速放缓,全国房地产市场也陷入低谷。2008年全国销售面积同比下降19.5%,年底全国商品房空置面积1.64亿平方米,同比增长21.8%。当时最乐观的预测也认为,这种低迷期至少要持续两年。
In 2008, after the outbreak of the global financial crisis, the impact on China’s economy gradually expanded, the domestic economic growth slowed down, and the real estate market in China fell into a downturn. In 2008, the national sales area dropped by 19.5% from the same period of last year. By the end of this year, the vacant area of commercial housing in the country was 164 million square meters, an increase of 21.8% over the same period of last year. At the time the most optimistic forecast also believed that this downturn should last at least two years.
