十年改革,给医院带来了勃勃生机。医院服务功能大大增强,医疗技术水平和服务质量有了明显提高,群众看病难、住院难的矛盾得到了缓解。不少医院已开始做到能自我维持生存,甚至有的医院还具备了一定的自我发展能力,初步步入了良性循环的轨道。究其原因是多方面的,其中不可忽视的一个重要方面就是,医院的管理者们几年来坚持不懈地致力于改善医院经营,努力冲破传统观念,强化经营意识,健全经营机制,探求经营之道。笔者身临其境,颇有感触,在此发点议论。
Ten years of reforms have brought vitality to the hospital. The service function of the hospital has been greatly enhanced, the level of medical technology and service quality have been significantly improved, and the contradiction between the difficulty in seeing a doctor and the difficulty in hospitalization has been alleviated. There are many reasons for this, and an important aspect that cannot be overlooked is that hospital administrators have been working tirelessly over the past few years to improve hospital operations, striving to break through traditional concepts, strengthen business awareness, improve operating mechanisms, and explore business management .
