基于双重道德风险的两类劳务派遣模式激励机制比较分析

随着市场竞争的加剧,灵活多样的用工方式得到越来越多企业的关注,其中尤以劳务派遣方式的发展最为迅速,但国内外不同背景下产生的劳务派遣模式从出现伊始就有很大不同。本文分别分析了基于双重道德风险的用工单位主导型和派遣单位主导型两种不同类型的劳务派遣激励问题,并在各自分析的基础上,对比分析了两种不同类型劳务派遣模式中派遣单位的努力水平、被遣劳动者的努力水平、用工单位的利润水平、派遣单位的利润水平以及劳务派遣行业整体收益等指标,从而得到不同情形下的最优劳务派遣模式。最后,通过数值算例对其进行模拟分析,为企业实践提供帮助。 With the intensification of market competition, more and more enterprises are paying attention to flexible and diversified methods of employment. Among them, the mode of labor dispatching has been developing most rapidly. However, the labor dispatching model arising from different backgrounds at home and abroad has been quite large since its inception different. This article separately analyzes two types of labor dispatch incentives based on dual moral hazard, such as labor-unit-led unit and dispatch unit-led unit. On the basis of their respective analyzes, the author analyzes the dispatch units in two different types of labor dispatch models Level of efforts, the level of efforts to be sent to workers, the profit level of labor units, the profit level of dispatched units and the overall receipts of the labor dispatch industry, so as to obtain the optimal mode of labor dispatch in different situations. Finally, numerical simulation is carried out by numerical examples to help enterprises practice.
