当代社会各大企业本质上所要竞争的要素,已经开始从外部市场向内部人才转化。在人才招聘引进、入职管理培训、岗位配置等,无一不体现人力资源管理部门在公司中存在的价值和地位。人力资源管理研究理论层出不穷,但伴随当下企业环境的不断复杂、多变的现状,如何更新人资理论理念,使其更好的适应经济全球化变化的新动态,适应企业具体的问题和现实情况进行良好配置,成为关键性的问题。笔者旨在综述人力资源管理理论,并进行合理现状分析研究,探讨未来人力资源理论发展的新方向,使相关企业受益。
Essentially, the major elements of the competition in contemporary society have begun to transform themselves from external markets to internal ones. Introduced in the recruitment of personnel, entry management training, job configuration, all reflect the existence of human resources management department in the company’s value and status. However, with the complicated and changing status quo of the current business environment, how to update the concept of human capital so that it can better adapt to the new dynamics of economic globalization and adapt to the specific problems and reality of the enterprise? Good configuration, a key issue. The author aims to summarize the theory of human resource management, and to conduct a reasonable analysis of the status quo, explore the future development of human resources theory, the new direction, so that related businesses benefit.
