如果说传统时代的消费场景是缺乏连接点且分散的人、家电、厨房,那移动互联网时代则在变成集社群、家电、厨房为一体的社交生态圈。在过去很多年里,很难想象小家电产品也会有粉丝。移动互联网时代的到来,以九阳为代表的小家电厂商们,在不断尝试通过互联网增多用户与企业沟通的路径、扩大彼此的接触面。用现在的话来说,是强调“家电与人的自然交互”。
