大跨径连续刚构桥成桥后混凝土收缩徐变和长期作用及温度变化将对桥梁主梁和桥墩的变形有较大影响。此外,连续刚构桥的合龙时间、合龙温度、合龙顺序以及结构体系的转换方式对主梁和主墩成桥恒载内力有很大影响。大跨度连续刚构桥合龙前在悬臂端进行适当的顶推,可以减小由混凝土收缩、徐变和整体升温降温所引起主墩中的次内力。本文以某四跨连续刚构桥为例,对连续刚构桥合龙顶推力进行研究,并在施工监控中得到了应用。
After long-span continuous rigid-framed bridge is completed, its shrinkage and creep, long-term effect and temperature change will have a great influence on the deformation of the main girder and piers. In addition, the continuous rigid frame bridge closure time, closing temperature, closing sequence and the conversion of the structural system of the main beam and the main pier into the bridge load permanent load has a great impact. Long-span continuous rigid-frame bridge before closing the cantilever end appropriate thrust can reduce the secondary internal forces caused by concrete shrinkage, creep and the overall temperature rise and cooling of the main pier. In this paper, a four-span continuous rigid frame bridge is taken as an example to study the thrust of continuous rigid frame bridge and its application in construction monitoring.
