定重装载中,煤和箕斗对称重传感器的冲击严重影响称重传感器的工作可靠性。以箕斗爬行冲击为例,建立了称重传感器的缓冲模型,分析了称重传感器测试性能与缓冲弹簧及复位弹簧刚度之间的关系。仿真结果表明采用液压缓冲机构的称重传感器,通过测量低压腔压力的方法能快速准确地测量负载,有效降低了传感单元的冲击压力,从而大幅提高称重传感器的称重性能。
In heavy load, the impact of coal and skip on the load cell seriously affect the reliability of the load cell. Taking the example of skip crawling impact, a buffer model of weighing sensor was established, and the relationship between the testing performance of load cell and the stiffness of buffer spring and return spring was analyzed. The simulation results show that the load cell with hydraulic buffer mechanism can measure the load rapidly and accurately by measuring the pressure in the low pressure chamber, thus effectively reducing the impact pressure of the sensing unit and greatly improving the weighing performance of the load cell.
