前列腺分泌游离锌及枸椽酸锌。枸椽酸锌中的锌离子与高分子量蛋白结合,使游离锌下降。精浆高分子量蛋白结合锌的数量,是精浆螯合能力及锌生物利用度的指标。常规的精子活性试验测定精浆总锌,但可能只有高分子量蛋白结合锌可作为研究精浆锌浓度与精子功能关系的适当指标。 精液采自90例临床不育患者。含单纯弱精症50例,少弱精症40例,另以正常精液供体25例的精液作为对照。以2 000 g/15min分离精浆。Percoll离心分离精子。葡聚糖G-75胶体层析精浆,分离不同分子量精浆
