按照亚里士多得—托勒密宇宙构成学说,有形宇宙的主要特征是圆形。文艺复兴时期的诗歌多采用圆形意象。本文主要通过约翰·多恩的《早安》、《别离辞:节哀》、《告别辞:哭泣》《病中赞上帝》等诗,将圆形的意象:泪珠、铸币、地球、月球等交替重叠,表达了作者对爱情的美好愿望与追求。并进一步分析了沃恩在诗集《燧石的火花》中的“退路”一诗,指出人的精神在“纯洁—腐朽—纯洁”的循环经历中,隐含着圆形意象的不断进步和发展,这个意象变化的终极目的就是追求完美到永恒。最后,归纳指出:善于利用圆形意象体系,表达人们的理想和追求,是文艺复兴时期诗人成功“创造”的一大特色。
According to Aristotle-Ptolemy cosmology, the main feature of the visible universe is the circle. Renaissance poetry and more use of circular image. This article mainly through John Donne’s “Good Morning”, “Do not leave the Word: Sentimentality”, “Say Goodbye to Words: Crying” and “Praising God in Disease” and other poems, the circular images: tears, coins, earth, Overlap, express the author’s good wishes and pursuit of love. And further analysis of Vaughan’s poetry “Flintstone” in the “escape” a poem, pointed out that the human spirit in the “pure - decadent - pure” cycle of experience, implies the continuous development of circular image and development, The ultimate goal of this image change is the pursuit of perfection to the eternal. Finally, it is concluded that the good use of the circular image system to express people’s ideal and pursuit is a major feature of the successful “creation” of Renaissance poets.
