1990年初,上级决定在“海富花园 A、B 栋”工程上搞项目法施工的试点。4月份,我上任担任了该项目的项目经理。该工程建筑面积40761m~2,为两栋各为地下一层、地面以上35层的超高层高级公寓楼。我方作为主承包商,承建地下室(包括 C、D 栋)及上部结构工程、室内砌体、水电风安装工程。合同造价1794.59万元(±0.00以上建筑)合同总工期540天,其中主体325天。工程特点为工程量大,楼层高,结构复杂,施工难度大,工期紧迫。我代表项目与分公司签订了承包协议,基本内容为:土建部分按1240.83万元全额承包,实行内部独立核算;质量要求实现优良等级;安全目标无重大伤亡事故,月负伤频率不超
At the beginning of 1990, the superior decided to carry out pilot project construction on the “Haifu Garden A and B buildings” project. In April, I took up the position of project manager for this project. The basic content is: the civil construction part is contracted at a total amount of 12.4083 million yuan, and internal independent accounting is carried out; the quality requirements achieve good grades; the safety target has no major casualties, and the frequency of monthly injuries is not excessive.
