第十四届国际高速摄影和光子学会议于1980年10月19日至24日在莫斯科宇宙饭店举行,这是第一次在苏联召开这种专业的国际学术会议。会议由苏联国家标准委员会和苏联科学院联合组织,会议主席由国家标准委员会所属的全苏光学物理测量科学研究所所长教授担任。参加这次会议的人数约八百名左右,其中一百余名代表来自18～20个国家。美、英,西德、日本等主要国家的国家代表也都参加了会议。我国派代表五人前去参加,他们分别来门科学院西安光机所、天津大学、二机部九○一所和五机部二○九所。提交大会的论文据称约240篇左右。编入论文摘要的共190篇,按课题内容分类如下:
The 14th International Conference on High Speed Photography and Photonics was held at Cosmos Hotel Moscow from October 19 to October 24, 1980. It is the first time that such a professional international academic conference has been held in the Soviet Union. The meeting was jointly organized by the Soviet National Standards Institute and the Soviet Academy of Sciences, and the chairman of the conference was Professor and Professor of the Institute of Physics, Physics and Measurement, All-Su Institute of National Standards. About 800 people attended the meeting, of whom over 100 were from 18 to 20 countries. Representatives from major countries such as the United States, Britain, West Germany and Japan also attended the meeting. My delegation sent representatives to attend the five-member delegation. They attended the Xi’an Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, the Tianjin University, the Second Machinery Department, the 901 and the Second Mechanisms Division.
