研究了纳米Si3N4粉末的分散性能,得到了优化的分散工艺参数。实验结果表明,将纳米Si3N4进行超声分散,可以改善其分散状况;加入适量的表面活性剂能改善Si3N4的分散效果,阳离子型表面活性剂的分散效果优于非离子型表面活性剂;分散体系的pH值也影响纳米Si3N4粉的分散效果。
The dispersion properties of nano-Si3N4 powder were studied, and the optimal dispersion parameters were obtained. The experimental results show that dispersion of nano-Si3N4 can be improved by ultrasonic dispersion. Adding suitable amount of surfactant can improve the dispersion of Si3N4. The dispersibility of cationic surfactant is better than that of non-ionic surfactant. The pH also affects the dispersion of nano-Si3N4 powder.
