无公害蔬菜是指产地环境、生产过程、目标产品的质量,符合国家或农业行业无公害农产品标准和生产技术规程,并经产地和市场质量监管部门检验合格,使用无公害农产品标识销售的蔬菜产品。种植无公害农产品可相对提高售价,拓展销售渠道。但在无公害蔬菜生产中,要特别注意农药的科学、合理使用,有效地控制农药残留。
