2012年5月,大型美食类纪录片《舌尖上的中国》在中央电视台一经播出,轰动全国,该节目从中华美食的小侧面出发,深入挖掘了中华礼仪、中华习俗、中华伦理等多方面的中华文化。本文从“舌尖上的济南”为出发点,通过对非物质文化遗产“济南风味菜”的发展保护现状和面临的挑战进行探究和分析,制定出济南饮食产业未来的规划蓝图,从而加强对济南风味菜这一非物质文化遗产的保护,打造济南城市新名片——齐鲁饮食新文化。
In May 2012, a large gourmet documentary “China on the Tongue” was broadcast on CCTV and sensationalized the whole nation. From a small side of the Chinese cuisine, the program delves into various aspects of Chinese etiquette, Chinese customs and Chinese ethics Chinese culture.
