本文在充分肯定老年学校教育是发展农村老年教育最佳形式的同时,提出了农村老年教育不能单一采用学校教育,更不能以老年学校办学率作为衡量农村老年教育发展的尺度。而应从我国农村的实际情况出发,按照老年教育“大教育观”的要求,采取灵活多样的多种教育形式,实现老年教育的多元化。文章认为,党和政府惠及农村的各项物质成果,为农村老年教育的多元化发展提供了条件,农村老年教育形式的多元化趋向,增强了农村老年教育的可操作性。鼓励支持农村老年教育多元化,有利于把农村老年教育真正落到实处,进而促进农村老年教育更好更快发展。
While fully affirming that elder school education is the best form of developing elder education in rural areas, this paper puts forward that we can not adopt single school education in rural elder education, nor can we use the elder school as a measure of the development of elder education in rural areas. However, starting from the actual conditions in rural China, we should adopt a variety of flexible and varied forms of education in accordance with the requirements of education for the aged and the concept of “grand education” to achieve the diversification of education for the aged. The article holds that the Party and the government benefited from the material achievements in the rural areas and provided the conditions for the diversified development of rural elderly education. The diversified trend of rural elderly education forms and the operability of rural elderly education have been enhanced. Encouraging and supporting the diversification of rural elderly education is conducive to bringing the education for the elderly in the countryside to a real level so as to promote a better and faster development of rural elderly education.
