为了加强科研管理,提高我所科管干部水平,我所于1985年9月18日～20日举办了一期科管干部学习班。学习班重点学习了中央关于科技体制改革的决定、院常委关于进一步搞好院科技体制改革的决定和《军队后勤科研管理》等内容。通过学习,对科管工作的重要性有了进一步认识,表示要适应当前改革的需要和科学技术的飞速发展,把我所办成开放型的现代化研究所。
In order to strengthen the management of scientific research and improve the standard of cadres in our department, we organized a seminar on science and technology cadres from September 18 to September 20, 1985. The study class focused on the central government’s decision on the reform of the science and technology system, the decision of the Standing Committee of the State Council on further improving the scientific and technological system and the “management of military logistics and scientific research.” Through study, we have got a further understanding of the importance of scientific and technological work and have said that we must adapt ourselves to the needs of the current reform and the rapid development of science and technology and put the institute under open and modern research.
