目的探讨大学生乐观倾向特点与其父母教养方式的关系。方法采用生活定向自陈量表修订版(LOT-R)和父母教养方式评价量表(EM BU)对346名年龄在18~22岁的大学生进行调查。结果大学生的乐观特点分别与父母的情感温暖呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与父母惩罚和拒绝否认呈显著负相关(P<0.01);高乐观的大学生与低乐观的大学生分别在父母教养的情感温暖、惩罚、拒绝否认等维度上差异显著(t=-2.89,-2.27,2.53,-2.56,-3.75;P<0.05~0.001)。结论大学生的乐观倾向特点受父母教养方式的影响,合适的父母教养方式有助于大学生乐观人格特质的形成。
Objective To explore the relationship between the optimistic tendencies of college students and their parental rearing patterns. Methods A total of 346 college students aged 18-22 years old were surveyed using the LOT-R and the Parenting Style Rating Scale (EM BU). Results The optimistic characteristics of undergraduates were significantly and positively correlated with the emotional warmth of their parents (P <0.01), and negatively correlated with the punishment of their parents and their denial of deny (P <0.01). The optimistic college students and the optimistic college students were significantly different in their parental rearing (T = -2.89, -2.27, 2.53, -2.56, -3.75; P <0.05 ~ 0.001) in terms of emotional warmth, punishment, denial of denial and so on. Conclusion The optimistic tendency characteristics of undergraduates are influenced by their parental rearing styles. Suitable parental rearing styles are helpful to the formation of optimistic personality traits of undergraduates.
