目的分析海南省计算机断层扫描(CT)机质量控制状况和放射防护情况。方法采用整群抽样方法,以海南省27家医院的41台CT机为研究对象,对CT机的质量控制与放射防护情况进行检测与评价。结果 41台CT机中10项质量控制检测指标均合格的有21台,合格率为51.2%。其中,二级医院合格率为43.5%,三级医院合格率为61.1%;CT机排数﹥16排合格率为62.5%,CT机排数≤16排合格率为44.0%。CT剂量指数、重建层厚偏差(8.00 mm>偏差>2.00 mm)、定位光精度合格率均为100.0%,诊断床定位精度、重建层厚偏差(偏差≤2.00 mm)、均匀性的合格率均为97.6%,重建层厚偏差(偏差≥8.00 mm)合格率为95.1%,高对比分辨力、水的CT值合格率均为90.2%,低对比可探测能力合格率为87.8%,CT值线性合格率为78.0%,噪声合格率为75.6%。放射防护共检测41间CT机房的413个检测点,机房周围剂量当量率检测结果中位数及第25、75百分位数为0.29(0.21,0.54)μSv/h,检测点合格率为98.8%,机房合格率为92.7%。结论海南省CT机质量控制检测合格率较低,CT机性能状况不容乐观,应加强对CT机的质量控制与监督管理。
Objective To analyze the quality control and radiation protection of computed tomography (CT) machines in Hainan Province. Methods Using cluster sampling method, 41 CT scanners in 27 hospitals in Hainan Province were selected as the research object to detect and evaluate the quality control and radiation protection of CT. Results Twenty-one sets of quality control indexes of 41 CT machines were qualified, with a pass rate of 51.2%. Among them, the qualified rate of secondary hospital was 43.5% and the qualified rate of tertiary hospital was 61.1%. The qualified rate of CT machine row> 16 row was 62.5% and the number of CT machine row≤16 row was 44.0%. CT dose index, reconstructed layer thickness deviation (8.00 mm> deviation> 2.00 mm), precision of positioning light were 100.0%, diagnostic bed positioning accuracy, reconstructed layer thickness deviation (deviation ≤2.00 mm), homogeneity pass rate (97.1%). The pass rate of reconstruction layer thickness deviation (deviation≥8.00 mm) was 95.1%. The high contrast and resolution of water were 90.2% for CT value and 87.8% for low contrast detectable capacity. The linear CT value The pass rate is 78.0%, the pass rate of noise is 75.6%. A total of 413 detection points in 41 CT rooms were detected by radiological protection. The median and 25th and 75th percentile of the dose equivalent ratio around the engine room were 0.29 (0.21,0.54) μSv / h, and the passing rate of the test points was 98.8 %, Room pass rate of 92.7%. Conclusion Hainan Province, CT quality control testing pass rate is low, CT machine performance conditions are not optimistic, we should strengthen the quality control of CT machines and supervision and management.
