南京世界贸易中心5A级写字楼项目结构屋面高度为298.6m,采用带加强层的钢框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系,外围框架柱采用钢管混凝土柱。介绍了结构选型与布置、结构风洞试验、基于性能化目标的结构各阶段抗震设计、静力与动力弹塑性分析以及加强层优化设计,专题研究了楼板振动舒适度、施工加载顺序和关键节点的有限元分析等问题。重点阐述了钢框架、核心筒以及加强层设计等关键问题和超限应对措施,针对结构在大震作用下的弹塑性行为进行了深入的研究讨论。采用多个空间及有限元模型对结构的各方面性能进行了详细分析,结果表明结构体系安全可靠并具有良好的抗风抗震性能。
