以转Cry1Ab/Ac抗虫水稻华恢1号(HH1)花粉为添加剂,配制4种不同花粉含量(1%、5%、10%、20%)的饲料,以非转基因亲本水稻明恢63(MH63)花粉为对照,常规泥鳅饲料(不添加花粉)为阴性对照,投喂100 d,通过泥鳅的生长指标和肝脏生理酶活性评价转Cry1Ab/Ac抗虫水稻HH1号花粉对泥鳅的安全性。结果表明,在饲料中分别添加相同比例的HH1与MH63花粉,两组泥鳅的增重率、脏体比和肝体比指数均无显著差异,同时对泥鳅的肝脏抗氧化保护酶SOD、CAT活性与解毒酶GST活性也均无显著影响。饲料中花粉含量为20%时,在饲养100 d后,转Cry1Ab/Ac水稻花粉对泥鳅的生长性能与肝脏生理酶代谢功能没有明显影响。因此,转Cry1Ab/Ac抗虫水稻HH1号花粉对泥鳅无明显的生态风险。
Four different pollen contents (1%, 5%, 10% and 20%) were prepared from pollen of Hua1 (HH1) transformed with Cry1Ab / Ac insect-resistant rice. MH63) pollen as control. The conventional loach feed (without pollen) was used as negative control. After 100 d of feeding, the safety of Cry1Ab / Ac insect-resistant rice HH1 pollen to loach was evaluated by the growth index of loach and the physiological enzyme activity of liver. The results showed that in the feed, the same proportion of HH1 and MH63 pollen were added respectively. There was no significant difference in weight gain rate, body weight ratio and liver specific index between two groups of loach while SOD and CAT activity And detoxification enzyme GST activity also had no significant effect. When the pollen content of the feed was 20%, the growth performance of the loach and the function of the physiological enzyme of the liver did not change significantly after 100 d feeding of Cry1Ab / Ac rice pollen. Therefore, transgenic H1 pollen Cry1Ab / Ac insects had no significant ecological risk on loach.
