探讨建立测定工作场所空气1,4-丁内酯的毛细管柱气相色谱方法。采用活性炭管采集空气样品,丙酮解吸后进样,经毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果显示采用通用型毛细管柱DB-FFAP分离1,4-丁内酯效果良好。1,4-丁内酯检出限为1.5μg/ml,线性范围为20.25~2 025μg/ml。以采集1.5L空气样品计,最低检出浓度为1.0 mg/m3,相关系数为0.999 3,解吸效率为92.5%~96.2%。提示该方法具有较好的灵敏度和准确度,适用于工作场所空气1,4-丁内酯的有效分离和准确测定。
To establish a capillary gas chromatographic method for the determination of 1,4-butyrolactone in the workplace. Air samples were collected by activated charcoal tube, desorbed by acetone, separated by capillary column and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. The results showed that the separation of 1,4-butyrolactone by the universal capillary column DB-FFAP was effective. The detection limit of 1,4-butyrolactone was 1.5μg / ml and the linear range was 20.25 ~ 2025μg / ml. In order to collect 1.5L air samples, the lowest detection concentration was 1.0 mg / m3, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 3, and the desorption efficiency was 92.5% ~ 96.2%. It is suggested that this method has good sensitivity and accuracy and is suitable for the effective separation and accurate determination of 1,4-butyrolactone in the workplace.
