如何开发农村人口的消费需求,对于解决目前的国际金融危机引起的需求萎缩问题将起到稳定经济发展的重要作用。目前比较权威的消费理论主要有马克思的消费理论和凯恩斯等为代表的消费函数理论,这些消费理论,尤其是马克思的消费理论,为我们研究农村消费市场开发问题提供了基本的思路。但是从我国实际出发,以往的消费理论与我国的传统文化有很大的差别,特别是中国勤俭节约的思想根深蒂固,如果单纯依靠现有理论很难有效激发农村居民的消费欲望。因此,本文在依据主流经济学的前提下,结合非主流经济学的思想,激发农村一些传统的消费和改变消费陋习以达到开发农村消费市场的目的,以此提供了一些参考意见。
How to develop the consumption demand of rural population and to solve the problem of shrinking demand caused by the current international financial crisis will play an important role in stabilizing economic development. At present, comparatively authoritative consumption theories mainly include consumer theory of consumption represented by Marx and Keynes. These consumption theories, especially the consumption theory of Marx, provide the basic ideas for us to study the development of rural consumer markets. However, starting from the reality of our country, the previous consumption theory differs greatly from our traditional culture. In particular, China’s thrift and thriving ideas are deeply rooted. It is difficult to effectively stimulate the consumption desire of rural residents simply by relying on existing theories. Therefore, based on the mainstream economics, this article provides some reference opinions by combining the ideas of non-mainstream economics, stimulating some traditional consumption in rural areas and changing consumer habits to achieve the development of rural consumer markets.
