气缸的密封程度一般采用气缸压力表测量,但是气缸压力表却难以诊断导致气缸不密封的具体原因。利用压缩空气可迅速检测出漏气部位。 1.打开散热器盖,卸下空气滤清器,拆下各缸的喷油器(或火花塞); 2.缓慢摇转曲轴,使被检测缸处于压缩上止点的位置; 3.将自制专用接头(可利用报废喷油器或火花塞加工,并焊出一根铁管,使之与压缩空气橡胶管连接)拧入喷油器(或火花塞)孔,并通入0.8~1.0MPa的压缩空气,
