著述,即撰述。志书的著述,就是编纂者用正确的观点和特定的语言,按照志书的体例要求,对资料进行再加工,把它编写成书。资料性是志书的本质属性,著述性则是志书的重要特征。如果志书只有资料性而无著述性,那称不上是志书,充其量不过为资料汇编或资料长编。因此,志书在坚持资料性的同时,还要加强著述性。这里,笔者就加强志书的著述性,谈点自己的拙见。 Writing, that is written.
