提出了涡旋压缩机等效缸径的概念 ,并将型线的高度、槽宽和壁厚化为 3个独立的无量纲特征参数 .通过对特征参数与型线结构参数的关系 ,以及特征参数对压缩机动力性能影响的分析 ,得到了轴向气体力和动涡盘旋转惯性力随特征参数的变化趋势 ,二者的变化趋势是相近的 :它们随着齿高系数的增大而迅速减小 ,随着齿厚系数的增大而迅速增大 ,受槽宽系数的影响较小 .给出了特征参数的优选范围 :齿高系数一般应在 0 4 2~ 0 52范围内 ,槽宽系数一般应在 0 2 1~ 0 2 4范围内 ,齿厚系数一般应在 0 0 4~ 0 0 6范围内 ,并且给出了特征参数在不同设计条件下的优选策略
