目的:本文研究主要为了调查影响我校学生睡眠质量的因素以及据此提出相关的改进策略。方法 :随机抽样,以改进的调查问卷为内容进行调查分析。结果:32.8%的高中生中表现出睡眠质量差的问题;性别、年级、人际关系、健康状况和学业压力是影响学生睡眠质量的重要因素。结论:我校高中学生睡眠质量不好,女生睡眠质量尤为严重。通过积极开展睡眠卫生指导和心理辅导教育和咨询工作,营造良好的睡眠环境,参加体育锻炼可以改善学生的睡眠质量。
Aims: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the quality of our students’ sleep and to propose relevant strategies for improvement. Methods: Random sampling, with improved questionnaires for the content of the investigation and analysis. Results: 32.8% of high school students showed poor quality of sleep; gender, grade, interpersonal relationship, health status and academic stress were the important factors influencing students’ sleep quality. Conclusion: The quality of sleep in high school students in our school is not good and the quality of female students’ sleep is particularly serious. Actively carry out sleep hygiene guidance and counseling education and counseling to create a good sleeping environment, participate in physical activity can improve the quality of sleep of students.
