从年龄、学历、知识背景、性别、职称及其他有关方面调查分析了我国华北地区某省的七所大学图书馆人员状况,认为在现阶段存在知识结构缺陷、年龄明显趋同、女性比例偏高等问题,是妨碍提高办馆效益的重要原因。提出重视“次级制度”建设,强化激励、约束机制,关注人员“职业生涯”,通过加强成人学历教育,持续开展岗位培训等方式,提高人员整体水平。
The status of library staff in seven universities in a province of North China in our country is investigated from the aspects of age, education background, knowledge background, gender, job title and other relevant aspects. At present, there are some problems such as the defects of knowledge structure, the obvious age convergence and the high proportion of women Is an important reason that hinders improving the efficiency of the office. It puts emphasis on the construction of “secondary system”, strengthens the incentive and restraint mechanism, pays attention to the “career” of personnel, and enhances the overall standard of personnel by strengthening academic education for adults and continuing job training.
