目的:研究更年乐水丸对抗围绝经期衰老的作用机制。方法:以去双侧卵巢大鼠模型模拟围绝经期卵巢功能衰退状态,随机分成空白组、模型组、高剂量组、低剂量组、阳性对照组,观察各组雌激素(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺激素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平。结果:更年乐高剂量组可使去双侧卵巢大鼠血清中E2、T4升高,FSH、LH、TSH降低(P<0.05)。结论:更年乐水丸能有效改善去双侧卵巢大鼠血清中紊乱的激素水平,达到调节植物神经的作用。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Gengnian Lesu Pill against peri-menopausal aging. METHODS: The ovarian dysfunction in the perimenopausal rats was simulated by the bilateral ovariectomy rat model and randomly divided into blank group, model group, high-dose group, low-dose group, and positive control group. E2 (estrogen) and follicle stimulation were observed in each group. (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), triiodothyronine (T3), thyroid hormone (T4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels. RESULTS: Elevated doses of E2 and T4 could increase serum E2 and T4, and decrease FSH, LH, and TSH in rats of Ovariectomized rats (P<0.05). Conclusion: Gengnian lehui pill can effectively improve the level of disordered hormones in the serum of rats with bilateral ovariectomy and achieve the effect of regulating autonomic nerves.
