海绵窦栓塞为鼻、面部疖肿的严重并发症,近年本病有上升趋势,其症状重笃,死亡率高,应引起重视。我们自1988年以来共收治22例,其中治愈19例,死亡3例,现报告如下。临床资料22例中,男12例,女10例;年龄4～25岁,其中4～20岁17例(占80.5%)。鼻疖位于一侧鼻前庭12例,鼻尖部7例,鼻背部1例,上唇疖肿1例,左上眼睑疖肿1例。22例均呈弛张 Cavernous sinus embolism is a serious complication of nose and facial boil.
