目的:探讨顺铂联合光动力疗法(PDT)对小鼠H22肝癌移植瘤抑制的增敏作用及其机制。方法:将皮下种植H22肝癌细胞的小鼠随机分为对照组、DDP组、PDT组、DDP+PDT组。观察治疗后各组荷瘤小鼠生活状态、移植瘤形态及体积变化;治疗第14d后各组处死4只小鼠,计算肿瘤抑制率及脾脏指数;行常规HE染色观察病理形态;流式细胞仪(FCM)检测细胞凋亡率及周期
Objective: To investigate the sensitizing effects of cisplatin combined with photodynamic therapy (PDT) on H22 hepatoma transplanted tumor in mice and its mechanism. Methods: Mice implanted with H22 hepatoma cells were randomly divided into control group, DDP group, PDT group and DDP + PDT group. Observed after treatment, the tumor-bearing mice in each group were sacrificed and their living status and morphological changes were observed. On the 14th day after treatment, 4 mice were sacrificed in each group, and the tumor inhibition rate and spleen index were calculated. The pathological morphology was observed by routine HE staining.
