膏体推进剂模拟液管道流动试验结果表明,壁滑移对流动曲线影响较大。通过对多组试验曲线进行适当拟合处理,得到了壁滑移修正系数,并由此推导了滑移流量增量和含壁滑移效应的广义雷诺数。结果表明,修正后的膏体推进剂模拟液流动参数与旋转流变仪测试结果接近,证实了所用修正方法的可靠性。同时,采用含壁滑移效应的广义雷诺数代替无壁滑移效应的雷诺数计算沿程阻力系数,可将膏体推进剂供给管道沿程力降计算统一到同一形式下。
Paste propellant simulation liquid pipe flow test results show that the wall slip on the flow curve greater impact. By fitting the test curves of several groups properly, the wall slip correction coefficient is obtained, and the generalized Reynolds number of the slip flow increment and wall slip effect is deduced. The results show that the corrected simulated fluid flow of the paste propellant is close to that of the rotary rheometer, confirming the reliability of the correction method used. At the same time, the generalized Reynolds number with wall slip effect is used to calculate the drag coefficient along the way instead of the Reynolds number with no wall slip effect, which can be unified into the same form.
